By accessing and using MasjidVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

MasjidVault provides inventory management services for Islamic organizations including:

Inventory tracking and management
Item borrowing and request systems
User role management
Activity logging and reporting
Multi-organization support

User Responsibilities

Provide accurate information when registering
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the service only for legitimate inventory management purposes
Respect the privacy and data of other users
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Report any security issues or bugs to our support team

Limitations and Disclaimers

Service Availability:

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

Data Accuracy:

Users are responsible for the accuracy of inventory data. MasjidVault provides tools but does not verify the accuracy of user-entered information.

Liability:

MasjidVault's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Account Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

Access to the service will be revoked
Data export may be available for a limited time
We will securely delete your data as per our Privacy Policy
